Not sure if this question belongs under Rational Publishing Engine or RM/Doors...

Our users only print MSWord documents from RM.  So anytime they want to print something, they must change the report setting from Adobe PDF to Microsoft Word.  They would much prefer to have Microsoft Word as the default choice, or better yet, as the only choice.

How can we make Microsoft Word the default choice, or the only choice for the report type?
