What is the limitation on the number of characters for Test case name in RQM?

Hi Shirit,

This web page lists quite a few limits. It doesn't specify the limit for TestCase names but TER name length is given as 250 characters. Also the Description fields have a 250 character length limit so 250 characters seems to be a popular value. If you want to know exactly I suggest you test the values around this limit first.
