Read access control in RQM & RRC in Team Area level

Any enhancement in pipeline to control read access to  artifacts in RQM & RRC in the Team Area level.

Currently RRC 4.0.2 implements write access control.

DOORS 9.x has been having this read access control feature for a long time now.

RRC has permission granularity at the team area level:

But still read access control is not available in 4.0.6 too. User 1 is a member of Team 1 which uses Folder 1; User 2 is a member of Team 2 which uses Folder 2. When User 1 login, Folder 2 should not be visible at all.

This feature is available in DOORS since its early version even before DOORS 7.0.
