Embedded Artifacts getting misplaced

when we are inserting artifact , some of the existing embedded artifacts are misplaced, and many times the text surrounding the artifact is removed. Can you please suggest us what should be done in case to prevent it.

I don't really understand what you are trying to do, and probably other people have the same doubt. Do you have any screen shots to show what's going on?
