Schedule a rtc report execution

BIRT report can be generated without user interaction using CURL utility. Main URL should look like this:

https://host:9443/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.reports.service.internal.IReportViewerService?__format=xls&__queryUUID=%REPORT_UUID%&__showArchived=false

As for Cognos reports, it has built-in schedule feature.
