RTC DW Snapshots not showing in BIRT
I'm trying to create new report using BIRT
1. I downloaded BIRT all in one 2.2.2 framework and have copied the downloaded files into the installation folder - downloaded plugins folder into C:\Program Files\IBM\TeamConcert\plugins installation folder and downloaded features folder into C:\Program Files\IBM\TeamConcert\features installation folder. 2. Created a new report and proceed to create a new data source 3. Selected the Jazz data source and pointed it to my repository URL the problem is: when i select the repository i can see all the existing projects, but none of the default snapshots are available for selection... can anyone help me please? tks! |

We've seen this problem when (for example) the client is 1.0.1 but the server is 1.0.1.1. If you have a 1.0.1.1 server and 1.0.1.1 client this should work okay. james Jazz Reports Team Lead |
