Operating system is not supported (CLM 5.0.2)

Hi,

I just start to install CLM 5.0.2 on my test platform which has already version 4.0.7 installed and then already get this message error :

CRJAZ9001W - The version of the operating system is not supported.
The operating system version is 6.1.0. That version is older than the supported release version of 6.1.7600.
See the list of supported server operating systems, and upgrade the OS level to a supported level. Then, restart the installation.
[Details: os.name=Windows Server 2008 R2; os.arch=amd64; os.version=6.1; distribution=].

My platform is running on VMware workstation and the guest OS is Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1 (without patch)

Is that a bug ?

this is caused by the following defect, fixed in version 6:
