Linking BuildForge access groups to Outlook groups

Al Gabrieli (611) | asked Feb 18 '15, 2:55 p.m.
Dear Jazzers,
I am a BuildForge administrator for a software company and have been assigned to make the BuildForge account creation process more fluid for new users. Our BuildForge instance is currently hooked up to Active Directory and once users log on we automatically place them into a few access groups that everyone is allowed access to. What we want to be able to do is link the company Outlook groups to BuildForge access groups such that if a user is in Outlook group ABC they automatically get access to BuildForge access group DEF when they log on. So in other words, Outlook groups dictate which access groups a user falls under.
Also, if it would be possible to update the access groups whenever a user changes job title (hence changes to the Outlook groups they fall under) that would be great.
If anyone has any information on how this can be implemented please reply, or if you can point me to the right direction.
Thank you,
algabrieli
