RTC 5.0 Installation Fail
I am installing RTC 5.0 using the web installer by Launchpad.exe and trying to install Express Install of the installation. But after 50% of installation it gives "The com.ibm.team.install.jfs.app.jts" package is not available. It shows the popup of connecting to jazz.net:443. But it is not completed ad gives the above errors i.e. "The com.ibm.team.install.jfs.app.jts" package is not available.

I would suggest to download the Installation Manager repository using a download manager and try a local install. In almost all of the cases where users have issues with a web install, it is due to network performance, latency or data losses. A download manager is better in coping with this.
