Do we have the concept of Master project and linking it to a new project area

Hi Team,

Do we have the concept of Master project and linking it to a new project area so that test cases duplicated from this master project into a new project. 

When ever an update is done on to test case in the linked project area does it reflect the change on to the master one.

Unfortunately, no.  RQM project areas cannot be linked and test test artifacts in different RQM project areas cannot be linked/synchronized.
