problem downloading any software from jazz.net

 Hi

I am trying to download CLM 5.0.2 using free download manager, but it does not display the size of the download and the percentage it finished and the download stops before it is fully downloaded. It happened same when downloaded directly on google chrome. I thought the issue is with slow internet (2MBPS) and later I used my 3g mobile internet using hotspot with a speed of 7MBPS but still the problem remain same.

Can anyone tell me the exact reason for the above problem.
