CCM Subscribe emails notification
Hello folks,
1) Is it possible to send a email, when a defect/issue/PCR status is changed to test ready to the owner of the work item.
2) Second query is if a query is created, is it possible to schedule dump of the query in excel format to desired team members on a daily basis.

1) This is configured by the user, and is typically the default behavior for the owner. Note that this can be on ANY status change, or on change to a "Closed" status type (not a specfic status). See the image below.
2) Why do this? You want to get your users OUT of static office documents. Get them to pull up the Dashboards instead, which are always current. That's the point of the query. Current information. You need to change their work habits and get them out of their email (which is a notorious productivity sink).
