Rename association of two RTC PAs

Katrin Heymann (19824563) | asked Jan 26 '15, 10:29 a.m.
We are using two RTC PAs to handle defects. One PA with access of the responsible department and one PA for the "internal" team to solve defects.

I found the possibility to combine both PAs with the association "Related Change Requests". Is there a way to define my own association, e.g. "Related Defects" ?

This can, today only done using an extension. See https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2014/12/03/creating-custom-link-types-for-rational-team-concert/ how that would be done.

I think your answer refers to link types within one RTC PA. Right ?
I'm searching to rename (or create a new) the association link between two PAs.

The extension point is for all link types that are related to RTC. Regardless if they are across pa's or within pa's. You have to pick the right endpoint type as described.
You can not rename a link type.

If you refer to the whole relationship on container level, I am not aware that you can define new relationships between PA's.
