Why deliver to stream fails when the ownership of the componet is different from stream?
We have a stream with the ownership to the project and a componet under it with ownership to the team area under the project.
User under the team-area trying to deliver the changes to the stream, getting permission denied error.
Why this happens when the team area is under the project area. But when the user is added over the project area level we don't receive any error and he is able to download it. |
