What is the best migration methodology to upgrade from Rational Clear Case & Clear Quest to RTC 5.0.2?

We recently purchased RTC 5.0.2, and would like to upgrade our legacy Clear Case and Clear Quest data into RTC 5.0.2 CCM, QM.  What is the best way to do so?  Export to *.CSV files and import them?  Is there an existing software upgrade that we can deploy to go from one to the other?

Hi Kenneth,
QM is used for test data management, so I think you only need to migrate your CC and CQ data to CCM.
Instead of .csv files, there's better way to do the migration with ClearCase synchronizer and ClearQuest synchronizer which can migrate the data with history.
