Renaming a CCM application

Mike Brouwers (341318) | asked Jan 11 '15, 12:19 p.m.
 Hi,

I'm trying to rename a registered CCM application.
For some reason this is not working for me.

How do I rename an application so that
https://myrtc.com:9443/ccm1 becomes
https://myrtc.com:9443/ccm2

Regards,

Mike

Not sure what you have tried since you only said "not working". You will need to take at least two steps.
1. Change the context root. If using Tomcat, simply rename the web application name and restart the server. If using WAS, change the context root for the web component in the WAS console.
2. Do a "server rename" to change the public URI for the CCM application.
