I would just like to ask if its possible to use RRDI to get the details of defects in RTC. If yes, kindly provide some instructions on how to do it or some helpful links explaining the procedure.

Hello Irell,

to create a report in RRDI showing RTC defects details you can do the following:
1) Open Report Studio
2) Select the package Reporting Data Model (DW)
3) Create a new report with a list
4) From the Source panel navigate to Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request
5) Drag the elements that you need from Request to the list
6) If you need to filter on a specific type of work item, for example defect, select the request type column and select the  Filters button in the toolbar to create a filter.

For information on what each data item represent and associate it with the RTC equivalent you can refer to the data dictionary:

Hi,

Thank you very much for also including the procedure and for the data dictionary.
