Is it possible to get the defect details in RTC using RRDI?

Hello Irell,
to create a report in RRDI showing RTC defects details you can do the following: 1) Open Report Studio 2) Select the package Reporting Data Model (DW) 3) Create a new report with a list 4) From the Source panel navigate to Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request 5) Drag the elements that you need from Request to the list 6) If you need to filter on a specific type of work item, for example defect, select the request type column and select the Filters button in the toolbar to create a filter.
