Problem occurred when send email invitation

I followed the steps of creating new users, and then want to send invitation to them, but then the system prompts the

following info:


"Generating Team Invitation (Time of error: May 19, 2009 8:23:28 PM EDT). Reason: Mail service is not available or is

disabled. "

Details:
Exception occurred during team invitation generation:Mail service is not available or is disabled.

I'd like to know how to solve this problem? Any documentation on how to setup the mail service? Thanks very much! :)

Hi

You need to go to the web UI (https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureMailSettings) - you need to put in the right server and port.

There should be info on this in the Help file for RTC - check the Installing part.
