Error while creating peer review workitem in CLM 3001

I am not sure what a peer review record is, however I would check the values of the attributes (plan?) Actual End Date and Actual Start date and make sure
- Actual End Date is greater than or equal to Actual Start Date
- And both of these are not future date
The last statement is confusing, but I would assume if an end date is set it is during closing of the work item and thus the end date would be a date - now or in the past.
This can well be a custom validator. Unfortunately you don't provide any context.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I received the error while creating a work item record called "Peer review record". it was due to server synch issue. Restart of the service resolved the issue.
