Can any one let me know how to integrate RQM and RTC which are located in two different machines?

I could able to integrate RQM 1.0 SE and JazzTeamServer 1.0.1.1

I faced compatiblity issue when tried to integrate RQM 2.0 with JazzTeamServer 1.0.1.1

we all known that RTC will come with JazzTeamServer installation.

So do we require same version of RTC to get installed if we try to integrate with RQM 2.0


Integration process that i have done;

Specified the same database 'JAZZ' when setting up the database for RQM and RTC.

is this the way to integrate RQM and RTC ?

or

is there any other way to integrate RQM and RTC(JAZZ TEAM SEVER)

Will there be any compatibility issues if we donot use same version for RQM and RTC ?
