I am writing a custom application which creates test artifacts in RQM.Can we get a code to set up the connectivity to RQM for CLM version 5.0.2.

We have several utilities written in Java that could be used as a boilerplate for your application.  They are stand-alone utilities that handle authentication with the RQM server and use the RQM Reportable REST API.  For example, see the source code in the RQM API Utility (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Download).
