RELM - How to print out the entire view page?

You may want to print out the entire page of a large view but such attempts will generally fail because the printed view is either too shrunk to read or only a potion can be printed in a readable manner. There is no built-in feature to print out the entire view page. A workaround is to save the view page as a complete HTML and run some sort of script to manipulate HEIGHT attributes in certain HTML tags such a way that allow you to print out the entire view into paper, PDF, or any other preferred format. The attached script was written in Cygwin/Bash using AWK, simple, and tested working with couple of views saved from RELM v5.0.1+FireFox/Chrome.
