issue with arabic characters while exporting requirement

 In Rational Doors NextGen 5.0.1, arabic characters does not appear properly when we export the requirement in word document. In pdf export characters appears properly but in wrong order.

We have discussion with IBM support, this is known defect and will be fixed in 2016. Is anyone else facing the same issue and how you are handling this situation. any workaround?
