How to create folder structure in DNG programaticaly

Hi there
We have several internal customer interested to move from whatever rm tool to DNG. Most of them have their data structured in folder. None of those tools has ReqIf.

Any Idea how I could import the structure.

MS Office import doesn't work so far I've seen. OSLC API neither. I thought about hacking a ReqIF but unfortunately this is not ASCII.

Any Idea?
