Error while configuring email setting in CLM 5.0

Hi,

I have configured email settings (Connection Properties) for CLM 4.0.1, which works fine. I am trying to configure email setting for CLM 5.0, using same values for the connect properties. but I am getting error while sending Test Email.

here is the error - 

Could not connect to SMTP host: smtpout.secureserver.net, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect

Are there any changes in 5.0 with respect to Email setting?
Help me out

Hi,
  Are you able to telnet to that port no from the machine where u installed clm 5.0. Also please check on the firewall on the mail server.

Hi Don,

           I am able to telnet to the port on which CLM 5.0 is installed. I have tried with firewall ON/OFF on the mail server.Its not working.

Hi,

 Please change the  "Use STARTTLS " to "true" in email settings  and try by default its in false state .

Hi, 

     I tried changing "Use STARTTLS" property to True. Its not working.
     Please guide me!
