Related Artifact Link in WebUI does not work in one WorkItem

We are using CLM Version 4.0.7 and now we had the problem that a related Artifact Link in WebUI does not work as expected.

It's very strange because we have the problem in one workitem only.

In the Links Tab it works - shows the correct URL Link.
In the Quick Information it doesn't work - has problems with the brackets in the project name "... (Change Management)"

Remove the links and add it again does not solve the problem. How can we solve it ?

Hello Katrin,

umm...

1 - on this work item (having the issue) - did you try to add another related artifact?

2 - on another work item (not having the issue) - did you try to add the same related artifact as the one causing the pb (with brackets)?

3 - can you share a sanitized version of the URL of the related artifact causing the pb?

(no related defect found on jazz)

thanks a lot for your prompt answer.
I asked my colleague to check your points because from my side it works correct.
Is it possible that it depends on browser configurations ?

pls check using IE, FF and Chrome.

See if it makes any difference.
