I'm not aware of any type of built in integration for Test Anywhere
If you are looking to execute Test Scripts, you can use the RQM Command Line Adapter or build your own customer adapter using the Test Automation Adapter API (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMTestAutomationAdapterAPI)
