Install 5.0.1 RDM Finalise Error

 Hi,

Trying to install the 5.0.1 SSE product set and getting an error on the RDM finalise stage.

We've tried a few things but cannot see why this is occurring.

Here is the stack trace (some details removed for security):

Any ideas, or do I need to raise a PMR?

Thanks

Hi Stephen,

What is your topology?
Which type of setup did you choose?
At which exact step of the DM finalization does it fail?
Yes, it may be wise to open a PMR for this so the support team can look at your dm, vvc and jts logs.

Regards,
François
