Access rights of Team areas in 2.0M3

Hi,
can you please help me with access rights setup in Jazz? I wonder if I can have a 1 project (for instance PR) and 2 team areas (TA, TB) with different sets of people in these areas. For example Anthony in TA and Barnaby in TB. What I want is, that Anthony will not see anything in TB and vice versa. Do you think thats possible?
