Problem when printing RQM Test scripts in pdf after setting a new workflow

in RQM, the PDF printing was working fine with all the artifacts until we configured a new workflow to be used with all the artifacts in RQM. 
As soon as the Test Script was set with the default workflow, the pdf printing behaved normally.
I tried to print a whole Test Suite with the new workflow set and printed it with errors.
RQM version: 4.0.6 (I20140205_1831)
 Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you say what exactly were the errors or attach an example printout?

Unfortunately I cannot attach any print screen of the said problem but I found this information about this defect, apparently It's solved in RTC 5.0.1
