Execution record that is automatically created when import from Excel to RQM

Pragati Shrestha (27269) | asked Nov 15 '12, 3:27 p.m.

Hello,

I used the "Test Suite with testcases that have testscripts.cfg" file to import test cases and scripts from Excel to RQM. It is one of the sample files provided by Excel Import tool.

Later, I figured out that the test case execution record is automatically created through this import. It was great until I found that I could not assign environment to those execution records. Moreover, RQM does not provide any option to delete them.

How could I stop the execution records to be loaded automatically? Do I need to change anything in the CFG file?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Pragati,
on the RQM UI, you choose Execution -> Browse“Test Case Execution Records" and choose the execution workitem you want to delete and delete them.
