A policy document gets submitted into RAM.  It is sent (through a send  email policy triggered upon entrance to workflow state) to 200 people.   They all need to approve the policy document.                           


Reporting Requirement:                                                                                                                   For each document I need to know                                 
  • Who has approved                                                       
  • Who has not approved                                                   
  • Who has rejected                                                       
  • Who has entered a comment?                                               
What is the best way to do this?
