Hi Team,
1. Could you please tell me how to use web services with excel, so as to extract a customized spreadsheet from IRAM? (I would like to add more data on my spreadsheet through new columns)

2. We want to connect to IRAM 019 using web services. Please give us the web service end point of IRAM 019

If you are asking about official SOAP Web Services, RAM doesn't have any API Web services. The docs have something listed as that we do BUT that is obsolete. It should of been removed from the docs.

The API is either Java code (RAMSession) or REST calls to URL's.
