Work-item should have atleast one attachment in links
We are need of upload the approval mails in the work-item. We enabled a process that the change can be deliverd only along with work item.
Is there any options the work-item save is done only if it contains atleast one attachement ? this will helpful in our procces to upload the approval mails. (meantime we are working on the approval enable in the work item)
Please suggest if the attachement can be mandated.

You would have to create a work item save advisor. this is a pre-condition that is checked on the server similar to others that are available out of the box.
