Work Item Alert Customization

Hello Team,

Is it posssible to customize alerts? Currently it is set to some predefined conditions on which it generate alerts.

Can we define our own alerts based on user conditions?

If i am not clear i want to know till what leval we can customize work item alerts?

NOTE

I am not talking about Work Item Format emails.

You can use validators to alert on wrong attribute values. Conditions can be used to make work items required and for hiding of attributes. See https://jazz.net/library/article/1093 Lab 4 and 5 for more details.
