Is it possible to sequence work items?
Using RTC 4.0.6:
We are planning to derive a work item type called "Change Request", that could be used for various types of document change, 1 work item per type of document e.g.Requirements specs, Design Specs, Test Cases. Is there a possibility to to sequence the work items such that Test cases cannot be initiated until Requirements Specs have changed?

I have tested those links and it does not stop or error out from closing the Test case related Work item prior to Requirement work item!
All this does is shows a link and if closed, then the closed item appears struck out, thats all.
Can you confirm or advise if there is any associated operational behaviour that could be added to these link types?
or any other alternative?
