Installer can't find companion launcher jar

I've downloaded and extracted PTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.1-Win32-Local.zip. When I click on launchpad.exe and select New Installation, I get the message "The Install executable launcher was unable to locate its companion launcher jar" Does anyone have any ideas on why I can't even get RTC to install? Right now I'm using the Web application.
