Developing process extensions with RTC2.0

The process development guide (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/TeamProcessDeveloperGuide) has not been updated since 0.6 M4d1 milestone. Can one use this guide to develop process extensions (preconditions, followups, configuration data etc.) for RTC2.0? What has changed?
