Best Practice on workspaces for people who have left company

Susan Hanson (1.6k2201194) | asked Oct 15 '14, 12:16 p.m.
I am looking for a set of best practices for people who leave our organization/company.  We currently archive their user and ensure that ownership of work items is transfered.

Are there any best practices on what to do with their repository workspaces?  should we delete them?  Does that hurt anything?

Thanks

It makes very little difference what you do with the workspaces. The change sets in the workspaces will always exist whether the workspaces exist or not. It's also best the change sets in progress are associated with a work item. It doesn't free up much of anything by deleting the workspaces.
