We are using RTC and would like to only associate a WI to a changeset once it is ready to be pormoted to another stream. If the WI is assinged after the stream build, will another build be mandatory?
Associating a work item to a change set doesn't alter the change set. It will not trigger another build. Your first build will still contain that change set.
