Are there any special permissions required to export artifacts from RRC web client?
We have just upgraded to CLM5.0. I have a user who is not able to select the option to "Export Artifact" from menu option on Artifact Browse page. Are there any special permissions that grants this access? To confirm it is not role based permissions I removed permission from user who is able to export the artifacts, yet the permissions seem to be not affected. Can someone please suggest where I am going wrong?

Apart from "Export Artifact", do you have other operation options, such as "Edit Artifacts", greyed out? If so, it seems to be a license issue. Assign a proper RDNG license to that user.
