Team Concert support OSLC, both as client and as provider. DevOps (formerly JazzHub) is an implementation of Team Concert. DevOps can be used as OSLC provider. Now the question is, can it also be used as OSLC client like native Team Concert can?

If not, how is DevOps then an advantage compared to an on-premises installation of Team Concert as an integrated software development infrastructure platform?

DevOps is based on RTC and can be used like it, as far as I can tell.

The advantage of DevOps is that you don't have to do all the infrastructure, backup and maintenance. The disadvantage as it is today (my view) is that you don't have any administrative access and can't e.g. add other OSLC providers yourself. Also customization is very limited today. That is all available if you install and maintain it on your own.

Although not the answer I was looking for, it is the answer to my question :-)
