RTC-Advisor is not visible in the Pre-conditions

Hi Ralph,

After my advisor is deployed successfully[checked in Provision status], i tried to include it for the particular process role. But unable to see the advisor in the list of pre-conditions available in RTC Client.

Not able to find out where im missing......kindly help on this...

If you are using the Eclipse client, and have opened the project area/team area previously in the same session, I have found I have to close the Eclipse client and restart it for the advisor to show up.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your guidance.

And I restarted the RTC client and checked it already. Even i requested for reset the server before restarting the server, but still the condition is not visible. I checked in the ccm.log file. No exceptions related to this advisor.
