We are currently moving a Helpdesk application from a legacy system to RTC. Some users have access to RTC, but not all. I would prefer that the new Helpdesk project in RTC should be public for viewing by all internal employees.

Is it possible to configure RTC to allow a user to view a work item without being logged in to Jazz or a member of the RTC project?

  1. Anyone who wants to access data in RTC needs a login. The minimal requirement is to have a login with the repository role JazzGuest.
  2. The user does not need to have a license to read work items, and does not have to be member of a project area or team area to be able to read the work item data, provided the access control is set to everyone has access to the project area
  3. It is possible to create an anonymous account e.g user Id guest that they could use.
