RQM Hang on loading screen logging into /jazz/web/console/QM
We are logging on to the link <server>:<port> /jazz/web/console/QM and for some users this hangs and never refresh, other users are ok.
We have had a working user try on a non working users machine and this works, both users setup identically in LDAP/RQM and project.

Hello Mark,
I guess that the problem is only visible for WebUI, correct?
The most likely cause is that user that are unable to log-in we not
imported from the LDAP to the RQM Server.
The user exists for the LDAP but is not know for the RQM server.
This can be verified by looking at the server log.
Please use the Admin WebUI to import the missing users.

Thanks for this reply, looking at the users in RQM admin, all seems fine, they are identical to working users. I have also made sure bluepages groups set up ok.
Where is this log please? I am unable to find any errors relating to any of the users having issues.

SOLUTION!
This was due to the LDAP setup, the ID's are case sensitive, yet, when setting up new users they will view the bluegroup and get all the required permissions, and they will start the log in without errors, but never log on.
The fix is to ensure the ID is the external e-mail address from bluepages exactly! Or some stuff with work, admin ect but NOT normal login.

I have a RQM instance. When I sign in as Admin the message states "Loading..." This was working fine last friday.
But now I get users stating they can't login to their project areas.
They can however login using the Eclipse client.
No changes have been done to Bluegroups, WAS instance is working fine.
What other reasons can it be?

Sorry, I've used IE7, firefox, removed cookies.

We in AUSTRALIA are presently facing a SEV 1 outage due to exactly this problem (raised by 'saubrigo'); eg:
1) have a RQM instance. When I or any user try ot login, the message states "Loading..." This was working fine last friday (Nov 6th 2009 . But now users can not login to their project areas.
Login using the Eclipse client is oworking fine.
No changes have been done to Bluegroups, WAS instance is working fine.
