RTC Jazz Build Engine - Connection with Repository Fails - Remote Socket Reset

We are having HTTP issues during RTC builds..  We are on 4.0.4
 
Please validate the URls below from webdomdev2 box.

Target:  https://jazz.myloweslife.com:443 and https://jazz.myloweslife.com/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.repositiory  
 
We are seeing similar error from all the unix boxes occasionally.

is there a proxy or firewall between the two machines?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER
443 is a wellknown port and would not have to be used in the connection at all. Do you use it to connect? If so, can you remove it from the URL?
What do the server logs show?
