HI,

Is it possible to add multiple action items to adt work request in RTC 4.0.3. In the activity tab i am able to add one action item, however can we add multiple action items.

What is an action item? I have to assume that an ADT Work Request is a custom work item type in your process. You would have to talk to your project area administrator to find out.

 Yes Ralph - ADT Work Request is a highly customized work item type
