Error Creating new Project Area (SCRUM process)

I am receiving the following error attempting to create a new Project Area. Project area is created but "uninitialized"

Problem
An unhandled exception occurred during "Setup Project".

CRJAZ0215I Item not found: com.ibm.team.workitem.common.internal.model.impl.CategoryHandleImpl@31103110 (stateId: , itemId: , origin: <unset>, immutable: <unset>)

Reason
Initializes a project area with the pieces necessary to start work on a project.

Hi

Is there any chance you have lost the database connection? Does everything else work ok including creating other projects of different process types?

It looks like space on the app server was full. After freeing some up project initialized
