RTC 4.0.4 reporting and widget

Hi,
i would like to extend RTC in order to be able to extimate the budget of all the proposed Change Request:

- Add condition creating a Proposed Change Request ( it should be linked with at least one Business Need )
- Add an attribute Budget in a proposed Change Request
- Add a report in order ro be able to sum the budget of all the proposed Change Request wit the same status


Is it possible? Where i can find information in order to develop this improvement? At this moment i think i am able to realize the first two action.

I would like first to clarify what change request and business need is for you. Do you have such work item types?

 Yes,

both Project Change Request and Business Need are work type types.

If you want a plain Widget body with descriptions.
