RTC 4.0.4 reporting and widget
Hi,
i would like to extend RTC in order to be able to extimate the budget of all the proposed Change Request: - Add condition creating a Proposed Change Request ( it should be linked with at least one Business Need ) - Add an attribute Budget in a proposed Change Request - Add a report in order ro be able to sum the budget of all the proposed Change Request wit the same status Is it possible? Where i can find information in order to develop this improvement? At this moment i think i am able to realize the first two action. Thanks Mario |
