Is it possible to restrict access to a shared view?

Can we assign users to shared views so that only a team or a set of users see that view? Currently the shared views are seen by all the users and some may be applicable to only a particular team.

No this restriction or reduction of visibility for view is not available currently. You can file an enhancement request. Permissions via team areas only provides restriction for the following operations
